The company

SG Sport was established in Brixton by Stephen Gale to support and enhance the development of children in sport. Today we work with nurseries, primary and secondary schools, colleges, universities and professional clubs — and we've become a leading employer of London's teachers and sports coaches.
We create positive learning environments where children build skilful use of the body: motor skills, movement and game concepts, and the tactical basics of sport. Competition is part of the culture — we help every child find the right pathway, with success stories across sports and dance.

Steve spent eight seasons as an academy scout at Chelsea FC, and at Fulham FC has held the roles of Pre-Academy Coordinator, Academy Coach and Scout — returning to the club in the 2023/24 season, where he continues to support the development of young professional players.
