Who we are

SG Sports Coaching Ltd ("SG Sport", "we") provides sports coaching for children across London and the South East, based at Goals Wimbledon, Beverley Way, New Malden, KT3 4PH. For anything relating to this policy or your data, contact Stacy Gale at stacy@sgsport.co.uk or on 07985 445220.

What we collect

Contact details you give us when you enquire, book a session or register a child for a programme — typically a parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, plus the child's name, age group and any medical or additional needs you choose to share so we can coach them safely.

Website usage data collected through cookies, described below.

How we use it

To run our programmes: confirming bookings, communicating about sessions, keeping children safe during coaching, and responding to enquiries. We do not sell personal information, and we only share it with the services below that make bookings and the website work.

Third-party services

Bookings and payments are processed by Omnify (sgsportscoachingltd.getomnify.com). Payment card details go directly to Omnify's payment processor — we never see or store them. Omnify's own privacy policy applies to data entered in the booking store.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used — pages visited and interactions such as button clicks. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

Cookies

The website sets Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site or make bookings.

Children's information

We coach children, so we hold limited information about them — always provided by a parent or guardian, and only what we need to run sessions safely. Photography or video of children is only taken and used with parental consent.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email stacy@sgsport.co.uk and we'll respond promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
